STEP 1 : Rates and Information
Request an estimate for transport by
providing us with pickup and delivery addresses. We can provide you with a
quote and tentative schedule upon receiving your information within 24 hours of
your inquiry! On weekends, it is best if you call us with your inquiry.
Begin making arrangements for transport
with us, preferably at least 7-10 prior to your desired
pick-up/delivery. Animals being transported must be 8 weeks of age or
older.
All animals being transported must have a valid health
certificate, signed and issued by a licensed DVM, no sooner than 10 days
prior to scheduled delivery/transport date. This paperwork must accompany
your pet(s).
Rabies vaccinations are required for pets 16 weeks of age
and older.
Provide 3-7 day supply of food (depending on destination), special instructions, feeding times/routines, contact
numbers for shipper and destination.
Provide us with as much
information regarding the pet(s) being transported so that we can help you
choose the right size kennel to ensure safe and comfortable travel per USDA
regulations.
Special needs and/or pets requiring medication may require
additional charges per day; please contact us for more
information.
Payment must be made prior to transportation pick-up unless
other arrangements are made. Allow 4-5 days if mailing your payment via
USPS, or you can opt to overnight your payment. We accept money orders, cashier/bank check, or cash. Please submit
payment along with the required transportation forms/agreements in Step 2.
What
we will provide:
Bottled water for your pet
Bedding
Regular walks for adult dogs (at least every 4
hours)
Exercise time for puppies in a play yard
Appropriate kennel* for your pet during transport
$500 insurance for injury
or loss proven to be due to our negligence**
Only 1 dog or puppy will be walked and/or exercised
at a time to ensure safety and security

*You are not purchasing the kennel
in which your pet travels.
** Coverage is for animals lost, stolen, or killed while
in transport and resulting from our negligence only. Coverage does not
apply to animals that become ill or expire during or after transport, nor does
it apply to losses incurred due to Acts of God, pre-existing conditions, or
failure to disclose problems related to the animal(s) being transported.
Additional insurance can be purchased, please inquire
when requesting information on transport for your pet(s).
